Welcome to SubTrack (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SubTrack iOS application (“App”) and related services. By downloading, installing, or using SubTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use SubTrack. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. SubTrack does not require account registration; however, if you use iCloud Sync or purchase a subscription, your Apple ID is used for authentication and billing through Apple’s App Store.
SubTrack offers both free and premium features. Premium access is available through the following in-app purchases managed by RevenueCat and billed via your Apple ID:
All payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. We do not have access to your payment information.
Your Yearly Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID settings on your device. If you cancel, you’ll retain premium access until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring and non-expiring.
Refunds for subscriptions or in-app purchases are handled directly by Apple. We do not issue refunds or credits ourselves. To request a refund, please visit Apple’s official refund portal: reportaproblem.apple.com.
SubTrack grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store policies. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
Your use of SubTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
All content, logos, icons, and intellectual property associated with SubTrack are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding or materials without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SubTrack if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
SubTrack is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data or analytics displayed in the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of SubTrack after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or state of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in your jurisdiction.
